CAMP INFO

BILLING INFO

  • There will be a late pick up fee of $1/minute each minute you are late picking up half-day or full-day**

  • Payment will be collected on the 1st of the month on the month the camp is scheduled for. Example: All June camp weeks registered for will be due June 1st, and so forth for each month.

  • Parents are responsible for signing their children in and out of summer camp

  • The sign in sheet serves as our attendance record and will be taking attendance through our iPad.

  • If someone other than a parent is picking up please provide staff with a note at drop off with the name of the person picking up. We will require them to provide ID at pick up. This is to ensure a safe environment for all of the children!

  • Our camps have a similar coach to student ratios, and so therefore no refunds will be offered. If written notice is provided 7 days before the start date of the camp you may be eligible for a credit on your account (less any deposits and registration fees). All deposits and Registration Fees are non-refundable.

WHAT TO BRING

  • A water bottle with your child's name, a healthy snack, and a lunch. 

  • We recommend aftercare students bring an additional snack. 

  • A leotard or athletic clothing is required.  (No Jewelry, jeans, or any sort of buttons or zippers)

  • Long hair must be pulled back into a ponytail for safety reasons.

  • We do not have a water fountain at the gym. Please supply your own or your athlete may use the sink or purchase water through the gym. 

  • Campers 5 years old need to bring a backpack with their name on it with a change of clothes (just in case)

FIELD TRIP INFO

  • FIELD TRIPS will be on FRIDAYS from 1:30-4:30 only on weeks 2,3,4,6,7,8,9, and 10

  • Information about the upcoming field trip will be at the front desk by the Friday before the trip and will be sent out by email.

  • UGA staff will add your child to the field trip sign-up sheet

  • This will enable us to have enough drivers and chaperones for the trip.

  • If your child will not be attending the field trip they must be picked up from the gym by 1:00! 

  • Parents are welcome to attend any field trip. Please let the staff know if you are interested!

  • Kona Ice will be at the gym every Wednesday and is $4
